Managing the Property For You

First, we inspect the property and meet your tenants. As your manager we want to develop a strong relationship with your tenants. By getting to know the tenants, we are able to determine what their needs are. Our constant communication with your tenants helps us identify problems such as roof leaks, plumbing problems, security issues and other concerns, which are not always identified by visual inspections. We then follow up with solutions that meet your needs as well as the tenants' needs.

Things we can do for you that maintain your investment and your pride of ownership include:

  • Annual weatherization checks and seasonal preparation
  • Annual building inspections with pictures and analysis of what improvements can be done
  • Establishment of specifications for contract services such as landscaping, heating and cooling, lighting, parking lots, fire suppressions and monitoring systems and other items that require regular inspection, testing and care.

Managing the Property For You

The first goal will be thoroughly inspecting the properties, including the roofs and the condition of the landscaping, pool, laundry facilities and the interior of the condos as well as the condition of the buildings exterior. We will determine if any short-term action will be needed to prevent failure.

Another immediate goal in managing this building, is developing a relationship with the tenants. This relationship begins with the notice that Design Build Construction Corp is your managing agent. We have found that early contact with your tenants, helps develop a strong relationship for you. At that time, we will find out what their needs are and determine how we can help.

Our long-term goals will be to develop a plan to either attract, or keep tenants who will stay longer. By developing a strategy to improve the building condition, and upgrade the individual units, we will then be able to attract tenants who can sign long term leases and improve the value of the property.
